The program is targeted for those students who are only an SAT score away from getting accepted into the college of their choice. FC and school administrators work together to carefully select those students.

The program aims to serve, free of charge, low-income Sophomores and Juniors whose low standardized test scores, despite strong performance in the classroom, prevent them from going to college, having several options for college, or receiving scholarships.
